Prize

The competition prize will be equivalent to a one-year rent-free period.

The rent rebate will be spread out over the terms of the lease that the winning entry signs. This would equate to

• a 10% discount on the annual rent bill over a 10 year lease.
• a 5% discount on the annual rent bill over a 5 year lease.
