Lee Valley Estates
A group
of companies established since 1987 to support economic development
throughout the Lee Valley Corridor. We have helped thousands
of small and medium sized enterprises to grow and prosper.
We currently provide circa 1,000,000 sq ft (93,000 sq m)
of well-situated, secure and affordable workspace in London,
the Lee Valley and Thames Gateway corridors.
Lee Valley Estates is also increasingly involved in large,
mixed-use development schemes, providing homes and community
facilities alongside workspace, to support sustainable regeneration.
We work closely with partners in the public and private sectors
to ensure that schemes provide facilities that meet the needs
of the local community.
Hiltongrove Business Space
A group of
companies established in 1994 focusing on employment space
in the North London area.
With flexible tenancy terms and an eye for providing quality
workspace, Hiltongrove has become renowned for its ability to
find the right space for new and established businesses. We appreciate
how important working environments are and how critical it is
to ensure that overheads are kept to a minimum.
Regeneration is central to our philosophy and we are
proud of our ability to create key employment zones around our
centres. Our flagship business centre in Walthamstow E17 has
helped create over 120 new jobs in the last 5 years and has played
a significant part in the regeneration of the surrounding area.
