Space available

Gross internal floor space, including corridors and ancillary areas is 5,144 sq ft (477 sq m). The Great Hall itself is 3,293 sq ft (306 sq m).

Ancillary areas currently include a WC set up for men. The different areas could be used for a variety of purposes including:

• WC set up for women
• WC set up for disabled access
• kitchen
• lobby or waiting area
• cloakroom
• storage

Disabled access

A lift will be installed from street level up to the Great Hall, see plans. A disabled WC will also be provided – position to be confirmed at a later date.

Listed building requirements
